The Process
Assessment
Together we will systematically explore and assess your current innovation capabilities. We will apply our proprietary innovation management skill gap identifier as a framework to define relevant areas for development.
Curriculum Proposal
According to the results of our innovation skill gap identifier, we then propose a curriculum that perfectly targets underdeveloped skills or not sufficiently represented skills on strategic and tactical innovation management capabilities.
Program Design
In the third step we dive into the design of the learning journey. We start by analyzing the various participant personas in terms of work modes and availabilities. This allows us to select the right training formats that seamlessly integrate into work days, thereby optimizing the participant experience.
Implementation
According to the selected set of training formats, we present an infrastructure proposal, in which we define communication channels or how contents will be made available. Always with the goal of effectively delivering the learning experience while minimizing barriers.

As a custom program can take widely different shapes and forms, there is a custom price tag for every project. We will schedule a first scoping call to understand scope and specificities of the project, and in accordance with the stated requirements, we are then able to provide you with a proposal.
